By using Exoon's services or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Exoon provides internet, VOIP, security, and related services to customers in Ontario, Canada. Service availability depends on technical feasibility at your location.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18+ to subscribe
• You are responsible for your account credentials
• Provide accurate information when applying
• One account per service address

3. Billing

• Services billed monthly in advance
• Payment due on invoice date
• Late payments may result in suspension after 15 days
• $25 reconnection fee may apply to suspended accounts
• All prices in CAD plus applicable taxes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Exoon services to violate laws, transmit malware or spam, conduct network attacks, or resell services without written permission.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

6. Equipment

Equipment provided by Exoon remains Exoon's property. You are responsible for its safekeeping. Lost or damaged equipment may result in replacement charges.

7. Cancellation

• Month-to-month — no long-term contracts
• Cancel with 30 days notice
• No early termination fees

8. Liability

Exoon's liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months prior to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
